We Were Built for You.
Nurscentric began in the United States as a wellness resource for nurses navigating the pressures of modern healthcare. In 2026, ownership transferred to a Kenyan-based team with a clear mission: to bring that same commitment to nurse wellbeing home — to Kenya, where over 110,000 nurses carry the weight of a health system stretched far beyond its resources.
We are not a general wellness brand. We are not an HR platform. We are a space built specifically for nurses and healthcare professionals in Kenya — one that understands the 1:40 patient ratios, the unpaid overtime, the emotional exhaustion, and the quiet pride of doing the work anyway.
What We Do
Nurscentric Kenya operates as a wellness hub and a professional consultancy. For individual nurses, we offer mental health support, career coaching, financial wellness guidance, and a growing community of peers who understand the journey. For hospitals and health facilities, we provide staff wellbeing audits, retention strategy consulting, and institutional wellness programmes.
Why it matters
Kenya loses over 840 trained nurses to emigration every year. Those who stay face growing workloads, inadequate mental health support, and a system that rarely asks how they are doing. We believe the answer is not to judge nurses who leave — it is to build something worth staying for. Nurscentric Kenya is that something.
Our promise to you
Every resource we offer, every article we write, every session we run — it is built with your reality in mind. Not a nurse in London or New York. You, here, in Kenya, doing the work.
